Ms. Yvonne "Bonnie" Reed was born on December 29, 1963 to the late Mr. Willie Lee Stewart, Sr. and Mrs. Irma Jean Stewart in Mayersville, MS, she was the oldest of 4 children.  She was baptized at an early age at Bethlehem Baptist Church now under he leadership of the late Pastor CB Smith.

Later in life she became a faithful member of Pilgrim Home Baptist Church now under the leadership of Pastor John F. Johnson until her death.

Yvonne known to all as Bonnie Reed had a heart of gold and would help anyone in their time of need.  She was a proud member of the 1982 Class of Greenville High School and she furthered her education with a bachelor degree from Mississippi Valley State University in 1987.

After graduation she began to work at Marconi Communication until it's closing.  She then worked as a supervisor for Dollar General Warehouse for several years and then worked for Washington County Regional Correctional Facility until her retirement on May 31, 2026.

Yvonne Reed was a former member of the former Serenity Chapter #159 of Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Priketer Stewart Hargrave.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories to one daughter, La'Rhonda D. Overton and one son, La'Vonte J Reed both of Greenville, MS; (1) God child, Ladaisha York (1) Sister, Theresa Brewer (Barry) of Greenville, MS, (6) Brothers, Willie Lee Stewart, Jr. (Carlyn) of Jackson, MS and Willie Lee Stewart, Tyrese Stewart both of Cleveland, OH, Maleck Stewart of Georgia, Koree Stewart and Malik Stewart both of Greenville, MS (9) Grandchildren; Caderrius Banks, K'Juan Goodman, Zora Johnson, Teydon Wade, Torrey Hunter, Kaylynn Bradberry all of Greenville, MS, Armon Robinson and Harmony Hill both of Metcalfe, MS. (3) Nephews, Quinntarus Stewart, Ernest Brewer (Trice) and Willie L Stewart III all of Greenville, MS (3) Nieces, Shiquita Hargrove of D'Iberville, MS and LaKendra Brewer of Biloxi, MS., Erica Stewart of Greenville, MS (3) Great nephews, Khylai Brewer, Armani Stewart both of Greenville, MS, Dahlia Brewer of Conway, AR (3) Aunts, Alice Washington, Earlean Reed and Dorothy Thomas all of Greenville, MS (2) Life long special friends that she loved as sisters, Sylvia Clark and Mary Burnette and a host of family and friends.
