Willie Earl Muskin was born on April 16, 1958 in Rome, MS. to the union of Robert and Christine Muskin. He departed this life on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at the Methodist Hospital in Memphis, TN. Willie confessed his belief in Christ at an early age at Sweet Kingdom Missionary Baptist Church in Ruleville, MS, under the leadership of W.E. Williams. He received his education at Ruleville Central High School. Willie relocated in 1983 to Milwaukee, WI. He was a well known heavy equipment operator until he became disabled. In 2008 he moved to Memphis, TN.
