William Spencer Thomas, 57, of Greenville, MS passed away peacefully on June 12th, surrounded by his family.  William had a difficult battle after a major stroke in 2017 and is finally at rest.  William grew up in Greenville, a town he loved and never left.  He worked at several casinos and Delta Medical Center for many years.  He was proud of his involvement in the Freemasonry community.  He enjoyed relaxing under the shade tree at home with family and friends.  William will be dearly missed and always remembered.

William was predeceased by his parents, Margarete Hughes Thomas and Isiah William Thomas, Sr. and two siblings, Marvin and Janice.  He is survived by his siblings, Isaiah, Perteria, Joyce, Lovie, Benetta and Linda, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He would do anything for his mother and loved her fiercely.  His family is grateful to know that William is finally at peace.
