Mr. Wilbur Lee James, Sr., also known as "Mook." was born on March 14, 1960 in Merigold, MS to the late Roosevelt Sr. and Mamie James.

Wilbur passed away on February 4, 2019 at the age of 58.

Wilbur attended Rust College on a baseball scholarship and was the ROTC captain.  He held numerous jobs where he worked as an electrician.  He regularly attended New Evening Star Baptist Church in Gulfport, MS participating in Bible Study, Sunday School, and other church related functions.

He loved singing and making others laugh.
