Victoria Jeanette Fulton was born on February 24, 1983 in Cleveland, MS., to Robert Jones and Leona Fulton, both of Cleveland, MS., in which she is the third born of four kids.  Victoria accepted Christ at an early age, where she attended Vernon Memorial Apostolic Faith Church in Cleveland, MS., under the leadership of William "Blip" Cummins of Cleveland, MS.

Victoria attended and graduated from Eastside High school in 2002 and later she attends Hind Community College in Raymond, MS.  Victoria dedicated 7 years of service to PharMedium LLC located in Cleveland, MS in the field of pharmaceutical out sourcing until their closing in 2019.  Thereafter, on February 2, 2021 she gained employment with Walmart Super Center in Cleveland, MS., as a stocker, then later in 2024 she became a team lead, until her passing.  Victoria loved the work she did and found joy in helping her team and the customers she served.  Victoria often spoke about the great relationships that she gained while working at Walmart and that she build-up a wonderful work family that she loved and cherished.

Victoria leaves to cherish her mother;  Leona Fulton, her father; Robert Jones, her sibling; Robert Fulton, Lakethia Fulton and Mya Fulton; Her nieces; Janille and Alexandria Fulton; her nephew, Adrian Brown.
