Valerie McClellan's mom and dad, Richard & Augustine McClellan celebrated her arrival on February 14, 1980 at Bolivar County Hospital in Cleveland, Mississippi.
Valerie graduated from East Side High School in 1998. She later attended Hind Community College and Delta State University.
Valerie was a member of St. Paul M.B. Church under the leadership of Pastor Frederick Ford. She served faithfully on the Missionary Board. She was employed at Bolivar County Head Start Center No. 2.
