Mr. Roy L. Jones was born on October 18, 1972 to Mary Jones-Skinner and Philmore Jackson in Shelby, MS. Roy was the oldest of four. He attended John F. Kennedy Memorial High School of Mound Bayou, MS. Mr. Jones was a very strong and independent man who loved his children and family dearly. He enjoyed reading and advancing his knowledge. He was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 2, 2011 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN.
