Obituary

Rosie, loving known as "Rosebud", was a mother, grandmother, sister and aunt born January 13, 1953 in Greenville, MS to Lillie Mae White and Aaron White, Sr.

Rosie had a gift of bringing joy and laughter to any conversation.  She was a natural comedian who loved to cook, but above all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother who poured her heart into her family.  She passed away peacefully at Delta Health Systems on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the age of 72.

Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Lillie Mae White and Aaron White, Sr., and siblings; Lucille Johnson, Willie B. Shelley, Addie Higgins, Barbara White, Maple White, Daisy Greene, Lillie Hodges, Cornelius White, Jimmy White, Aaron White, Jr., Eddie Birdsong, Albert White and Steven White.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter to be cherished by her five children; Kenneth (Kawanna) White, Vickie (Marcus) Anderson, Candance (Johnny) Summerville, Quanteria (Dexter) Mcgee and Reginald (Veronica) White.  She is survived by her loving sister, Brenda (Kenny) Grant of Maryland and brother Charles (Angela) White of Greenville, MS.  She also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members.
