Sis. Rosetta Todd- Scott was born February 4, 1965, in Cleveland, MS to Ms. Tommie Ethel Todd and Mr. Theodore Story.

Sis. Rosetta Todd- Scott accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mt. Oliver M.B. Church in Pace, MS. She moved to Cleveland and joined Old St. Phillip Church under the leadership of Pastor Grainger. She later joined Phillip Chapel under the leadership of Pastor Curry and continued under the leaders of Pastor Cedric Beard; where she continued as a faithful member under the leadership of Pastor Marvin Strotter, Sr. until her death. She departed this life on October 16, 2021, at her home in Memphis, TN.

Sis. Rosetta Todd- Scott met the love of her life, Lewis Dewayne Scott and was joined in holy matrimony on November 28, 2004, who preceded her in death. To this union, 4 children was born.

Sis. Rosetta Todd-Scott was educated in the West Bolivar and Cleveland School Districts. Her career at Delta State University spanned 21 years until her retirement in 2018 because of her illness. Rosetta enjoyed decorating, shopping, dressing-up, cleaning and spending time with her grand-daughters Denver and Brinley.

She leaves o treasure her memories her parents: Ms. Tommie Ethel Todd and Mr. Theodore Story and in-laws Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Burnette: her daughters: Selby Todd of Memphis, TN, Madison Todd of Memphis, TN, and Shemeka (Wilson) Clark of TN: her sons: Yuri Todd and Kolby Scott of Cleveland, MS:(step-sons) Pierre Alexander of Jackson, MS, Kendrick Wade of Atlanta, GA, and Ricardo (Tamar) Wade of TX; (Sister-in-law) Hope (Andrew) Hill of Houston, TX and (brother-in-law) John( Sandra) Scott of Hayward, CA: sisters: Edneatha Safford, Memphis, TN, Tracey Todd, Cleveland, MS, Felicia (Patrick) Nix, Cleveland, MS, Shelia Todd, Memphis, TN, and Chiquita Todd, Memphis, TN: brothers: Charles Bell of Sacramento, CA and Carl Griffin of Cleveland, MS. 5 grandchildren, a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends.
