Today, we gather here as family and friends to celebrate the homegoing of Mr. Robert Andrew Collins. Mr. Collins was born January 1, 1952 in Sunflower County, Mississippi to the proud parents of Ms. Willean Collins and Mr. T.C. Shaw. Mr. Collins departed this Earth on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at his residence in Cleveland, Mississippi. Mr. Collins confessed his faith in Christ at a very early age at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Linn, Mississippi and was baptized by Reverend Smith Carter. Mr. Collins attended school in the Cleveland Public School System. His education began as a child at Boyle Attendance Center Elementary School, and he continued on to East Side High School. Mr. Collins was employed locally with Douglas and Lomason. He worked at Color Tile. Further, Mr. Collins worked at a Manufacturing Plant while living in Chicago, Illinois.
