Patricia Ann Lewis Smith was born December 3, 1950 to the late Maudcine Lewis.  Patricia transitioned this earth on March 16, 2025.  Patricia accepted Christ at an early age at Hopewell Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great grands.

Patricia was preceded in death by her mother Maudcine Lewis; her maternal grandparents, Princella Jones and Rev. Roosevelt Lewis.

She leaves to cherish her memories of three children; Penny Howard (Benjamin), LaSonya Lewis both of Greenville, MS & Timothy Lewis of Little Rock, AR; her grandchildren; Jacoby White, Shakira Yarborough, Jeremy Lewis, Brittany Thompson, Justin Lewis, Annika Lewis, Miracle Lewis; 12 great grandchildren; 12 siblings, Clifford Lewis, Belinda Lewis, Debra Wiley (Darnell), Keith Lewis, Carl Lewis, Kelvin Lewis (Lorinda), Darnell Lewis (Hazel), Lee Grant Lewis III and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other loved ones.
