Born to the late Wash Williams, Jr. & Theresa Jackson-Williams on February 23, 1953 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi. Oscar was preceded in death by a brother Roy Edward Williams and a sister Bobby Fortney. Oscar was united in Holy Matrimony to Maxine Stanciel on October 26, 1979. Oscar is the father of four children. Oscar graduated from Rosedale High School in 1973. He worked for the Color Tile Company. He also worked as a Welder at Haynes Enterprises until he retired.
