Olympia Rochelle Buckner ( affectionately known as "Roch") began her life's journey on June 21, 1975 in Ruleville, Mississippi. She was one of ten siblings born to the late Clarence and Ruby Harvey(two siblings of whom preceded her in death). Her witty yet loving ways will be in the thoughts of many for years to come. Good, bad, or indifferent Rochelle's contribution to life will be remembered, shared and held in the hearts of her family and friends. Rochelle attended Ruleville Central High School and later became disable which then she became a homemaker. Her admiration for poetry led her to becaome an award winning poet in the year of 1990 for which in her honor she received a plaque.
