Oliver "Joe Bo" Buck was born May 16, 2938 to the late Mary Peoples and Dave Buck, Sr. He departed this life on October 15, 2020. He was the oldest of two sons.

Oliver worked as a farmer for over 50 years at John T. Dillard Plantation which later became Greenland Plantation. He had a love for talking on his C-B known as Santa Claus.

Oliver "Joe Bo" Buck departed this life on October 15, 2020 at Delta Regional Medical center. Oliver was preceded in death by his parents Mary Peoples and Dave Buck, Sr. (2) daughters Eva Barton and Brenda Brown and (1) son; Vincent Buck.

Olive leaves to cherish his loving memories to his wife Roszena Buck, long time partner Rosetta Brown, (2) brothers; Willie Woodfolk, Jr. of Denton, TN and Dave Buck of Milwaukee, WI, (3) sister Alice Banks of Greenville, MS, Donna Richardson of Milwaukee, WI, and Renea Buck of Chicago, IL, (14) daughters; Dorothy (Willie C) Wilson of Trailake, MS, Beatrice Buck, Velma (Thad) Bennet, Mary Barton, Jacqueline (John) Northern, Jennifer Kimble, NaQuanda Buck, and Roszena ( T.C.) Lee of Greenville, MS, Glynn (Bruce) Standifer of Cleveland, MS, Sandra Langford of Chicago, IL, Olivia Buck of Watauga, TX, Monica Buck of Forthworth, Tx, Barbara ( Bishop Raymond) Carter of Lexington, MS and Shelly Gibson of Kansas City, Mo, (8) sons: Cornelius Buck, Newjean Brown, Donnie (Janice) Winder, Quinterius Buck, Jessie Brown and Ben (Shay) Brown of Greenville, MS, Melvin Buck of Dallas, TX, and Larry Green of Milwaukee, WI; 112 grandchildren, 158 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, special friends Jake Winters and Dale Betts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
