Neon "Snoopy" Evans was born November 2, 1975 to Sarah Jackson- OH and Bobby "Ray" Patterson (Valerie- stepmother)-NE.

At an early age, Neon accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Neon attended school in the Drew School District and graduated from Drew High School in 1994. Following his graduation, he moved to Lincoln, Nebraska to pursue a career.

Neon entered rest on July 18, 2022 at the Bryan Medical Center in Lincoln, NE. He was a great uncle and father figure to his niece (lil booboo) Khloe Kendrick and nephew KJ Evans; his siblings: Umeka Evans- Porter (Larry)-OH, Jessica Jackson- TN, Creedenee Harrell- FL, Latonya Weaver (Ada Renee)- AZ; Demarcus Weaver- NE, Aimee Sangoyele- NE, Royce Fowler- NE; ShuRonda Cannon (Cardale)- NE, Bobby Patterson, Jr.- NE, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
