Mollie Lee Bady was born October 20, 1913 to the late Archie and Delithia Hegwood. She was the first of fifteen(15) children, eleven(11) of whom preceded her in death. She departed this life on Friday, July 11, 2014 at her home in Shaw, Mississippi. She confessed Christ at an early age at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Harris. She remained a faithful member, serving in different capacities, which includes Usher, President of the Pastor Aide Club, and a faithful member of the Mother's Board. She also served as Queen Mother of the Knights and Daughters of Tabor at the Taborian Hospital in Mound Bayou, Mississippi before it closed. On May 29, 1929, Mother Bady was united in holy matrimony to the late Frank Bady and the this union 14 children were born, six of whom preceded her in death.
