Maxine Richardson Williams was born on January 14, 1962 to the late Bertha Richardson and the late Arthur Evans, Jr. in Beulah, Mississippi. She was called to discipleship at the early age of 12.
God saw that his garden had a special seat available. He looked for a special angel to fill this seat, and realized that Maxine would be perfect. On November 11, 2015, Maxine departed this earthly home to go and be with her father.
