Margaret Marie Murray Reed was born on the 8th of December 1975 in Greenville, Mississippi, to Jacqueline Joann and James Edward Lunford.  She was the second of their six children.

Margaret accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age and was baptized at New Hope First Baptist Church in Greenville, MS.  She later united her membership with William Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Lamont, MS under the leadership of Rev. Robert Young.

Margaret was loved by many near and far, therefore well connected and respected.  She loved her family, especially her children.

Margaret was preceded in death by her grandparents, Otha Lee Brisby and Eddie Lunford, Sr.  Sally Williams Shepherd, Joe Williams and Maggie Johnson.

Margaret leaves to cherish her memories:  her parents, mother, Jacqueline Joann (Joseph) Gale; father, James Edward (Lucille) Lunford of Greenville, MS., husband, Charles Reed; two (2) children, Robin Eneisha Perkins of Louisville, KY and Melvin Murray of Greenville, MS; four grandchildren:  Madison and Mallorie Epson, Kendall Perkins, and Zachariah Sawyer, Jr.; two (2) sisters, Pastor Jacqueline L (Emory) Harris of Lithonia, GA; Debra Lunford (Darryl Raggs, Sr.) of Greenville, MS; three (3) brothers, James Edward (Monique) Murray, of Greenville, MS, Terry Lunford and Sandy J. Lunford of San Antonio, TX; special friend, Lynn Wright, Robert Wilson, and a special pet, Bruno; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
