Loria (Tammy) Ann Bell was born on September 16, 1968 to the late W.L.(Billy) Douglas and Annie Mae Bell Douglas.
Loria(Tammy) Ann Bell confessed in Christ at an early age at St. Peter's Rock Baptist Church in Shelby, MS under the leadership of Reverend D.T. Irving.
Loria(Tammy) Ann Bell attended Broad Street High School where she graduated with the Class of 1986 and Coahoma Community College where she was loved by many.
Loria(Tammy) Ann Bell was employed at Shelby Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Shelby Die Casting and Denton Gin. She loved to laugh and have fun.
