Lorenzo "Lil Jake" Jones' Obituary
On October 9, 1962, a precious child was born to Melvin Jones, Sr. and Lola Winston in Cleveland, Mississippi. He was the fifth of twelve children. Lorenzo grew in the Cleveland Community. He was educated in the Cleveland School District. His greatest joy came from helping others, cleaning fish, play dominoes and hanging out with his friends Charles White and Edward "Fat Jim" Thomas.
