Lille Mae Phillips- Williams was born June 16, 1958, in Mound Bayou, Mississippi, to Mariah McCloud- Phillips and Jim Phillips. She confessed her life to Christ at an early age. she pent most of her life caring for and working with children, and working in the church. If there was a help she could provide, she made it her mission to do so. She enjoyed writing poetry, cooking, and talking about the bible, and of course being surrounded by and spoiling children. She passed away, March 10, 2021, in Indianola, Mississippi.

She preceded in death by her mother and father, Mariah and Jim Phillips, one sister, Rosie Phillips, and two brothers, Robert Phillips and Eugene Young, Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memories: six children, two daughters; Jennifer (Quinze) Williams- Brandon and Gwendolyn Jones. Four sons: Kevin (Carrie) Phillips, Patrick (Marie) Williams, Percy (Jacinto) Jones, and Adrian Williams. Two sisters: Mary Winfrey and Nellie Richard. She leaves behind 12 grandkids, a host of nieces and nephews, and several other family and friends.
