Lewis Samuel Booker was born March 3, 1950 in Mound Bayou, Mississippi to the late I.L. Reed and Mrs. Bernadine Booker. Lewis departed this life on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Lewis became a member of the Victory in Christ Christian Church in Memphis, Tennessee under the leadership of Pastor Melvin and Linda Jones.
