Lee Dell "Butch" Clayton was born October 15, 1942 to the late Lee Dell "Papa" Clayton, Sr. and Christine Clay. Butch found love in Angela "Ann" Allen. On July 20, 1985, Butch married Ann. Unto this union three children were born: Andrela, Marico, and Rosetta. Butch was a hard working man who worked from his youth through his adult life, until becoming ill in 2011. Butch worked for Bolivar County Road Department until his retirement in 2011. Not only was he hard working but he was kind and mild spirited. Butch became a member of the Spangle Banner Missionary Baptist Church under leadership of Reverend Lonnie L. Gunn. On July 27, 2013 at approximately 11 p.m., Butch exited from this life to be with the Lord, while surrounding by Punkin, Rico, and Rachelle.
