Lamario Birge, affectionately called "Mario", "Black", and "Rio", was born March 5, 1983 in Chicago, Illinois to Willie Lee Birge, Jr. and Corine Rash-Birge.

He received Christ at am early age at Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of Bishop Charles E. Davis.

He attended St. Lawrence Elementary School and George Washington High School.

Mario worked as a machine operator at AAM for many years, until his death.

He loved cracking jokes, telling tales, eating, going to the boat and spending time with is daughters.

It was on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 2:17 a.m., Mario departed this life to be with the Lord, our Heavenly Father.  The he unites with his paternal grandfather, Willie L. Birge, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Ledger Rash, Sr. and Queen E. Rash; 3 uncles and 2 aunts.

To celebrate his life and continue his legacy, Mario is survived by two daughers, Haley N. Birge and Rickia Adams, both of Chicago, Illinois; his parents, Willie L. Birge, Jr. and Corine Rash-Birge of Chicago, Illinois; 2 sisters, Patricia(Darren) Pippin of Lansing, Illinois and Katherine (Jimmie III) Griffin of Cleveland; brother, Huey Rash of Chicago;2 nephews, Carlos M. Beckles, Jr. of Hammond, Indiana and Ladarius Westley of Cleveland, MS; 3 nieces, Quashae, Aleria and Mariyah Griffin of Cleveland, Mississippi; paternal grandmother, Pastor Rosie Birge of Cleveland, Mississippi and a host of aunts, uncles, cousings and friends.
