Kimberly Michelle Allen was born February 26, 1965 in Glendora, Mississippi to Dorothy Green and Stepfather Reverend Nelson Green, Sr. Kimberly graduated from Case High School in Racine, WI in 1984 and Coahoma Community College School of Nursing in Clarksdale, Mississippi in 2002. Kimberly worked for Bolivar Health and Rehabilitation Center in Cleveland, Mississippi and Walter B. Crook for several years. She opened her own Hospice Care business, Monette' Hospice, Inc., in Drew, Mississippi. Kimberly Michelle Allen departed this life on Monday, May 27, 2013 at the Greenwood Leflore Hospital in Greenwood, MS.
