On April 9, 2022, God called a very humble gentle soul into his kingdom. We were blessed to have Kennedy in ours lives for a wonderful 60 years.

Kennedy Lee Blocker was born October 25, 1961 in Dundee, MS to the late Alfred Blocker, Sr. and Jessie Lee Johnson- Blocker.

Kennedy confessed to Christ at an early age at Sunshine M.B. Church in Roundaway, MS. He attended Roundaway Elementary Church and Coahoma County High School.

Kennedy Lee is preceded in death by parents: Alfred and Jessie Lee Blocker, Brothers: Alfred Blocker, Jr., M.C. Blocker, Ike Blocker, sisters: Ollie Vinson, Dorothy Williams, and Frankie Broom and one niece, LaTonyia Green-Allen.

Kennedy leaves to cherish his memories two children: Kawanna Tobias of and Kennedy Blocker, Jr. both of Chicago, IL, and one grandson: Jaylen Tobias, three sisters: Bessie Blocker, Carrie Mickey, And Emma Blocker all of Clarksdale, MS. In addition to a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
