Keith Nikita Johnson the oldest of four children was born on September 16, 1972, in Cleveland, MS to the union of Jacqueline and Lee Clyde Scott. He confessed a belief in Christ at an early age and was baptized at Riverside Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Larry Williams.

Kieth began his education at Rosedale Elementary and West Bolivar High School in Rosedale, MD. He continued his education at Mississippi Delta Community College in Moorhead, MS and Delta State University in Cleveland, MS where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. His passion for teaching landed him a job at Luster Elementary in Memphis, TN. He later went on to drive trucks and began to work for himself.

Keith is preceded in death bu his grandparents Edward and Ethel Johnson and his uncles Marvin and James Johnson.

His memories will always be cherished by his loving mother Jacqueline Scott and his father Lee Clyde Scott (3) brothers, Kenwith (Zeuna) Scott of Walls, MS and Edwin K. Scott and Lucas Smith of Southaven, MS, (3) three sisters Tomekia Scott of Southaven, MS, Tanya Cartwright and JoAndria Moore of Rosedale, MS. He also leaves to cherish (1) daughter, Chelsea-Paige Johnson of Cleveland, MS and (2) two sons Scott E. Johnson and Javarione Na'Bronte Kelly of Rosedale, MS (2) grandchildren, Austin and Ava-Claire Terrell of Cleveland, MS (3) special aunts, Ethel Lucille Smith and Rena McKnight of Rosedale, MS and Edward Louise Johnson of Beulah, MS, a special partner Corri Murray of Rosedale, MS, a special cousin/ brother Johnathan Smith of Rosedale, MS, several special friends Kentrell Edwards, Johnnie B. Gadison, Freddie Williams, Edgar Williams, Sam Lee, Billy McKenzie, Kimithy McKenzie, Anthony Moore, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, great nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
