Ms. Juanita Bell-McCoy was born on July 19, 1950 to the late Robert and Rosie Miller of Hollandale, MS.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and children; daughter, Emma Bell; son, Dennis Bell; four sisters; Lillie Mae-Woods, Martha Lue Miller, Iris Jean Miller and Willie Bea Redmond.  Juanita is survived by her three children, and a special niece, Rodean Ann Miller of Jacksonville, Florida, Ralph Miller-Bell of Memphis, TN, Carrie Bell of Horn Lake, MS and Leatha M. Miller-Snyder of Shoreview, MN.

Juanita departed from the company of her dear sister Rosie Lee-Hill and four brothers; Mr. Eddie Miller, Mr. Floyd Miller, Mr. John Miller and Mr. Tommy Miller.  She also leaves to mourn a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

Juanita was a Christian who believed in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She stood firmly on God's word.  Juanita was baptized at the early age of eighteen years old at Hinds Street Baptist Church under the late Rev. E.D. Simpson.  Juanita attended Coleman Junior High and E.E. Bass in Greenville, MS.  She later found her passion with cooking and worked over forty years in the restaurant business.  She loved to bake and cook.  She was the Betty Crocker of Greenville.  There was nothing that she couldn't cook or attempt to make.  She found joy in what she loved to do and that was cooking.  Outside of working, she was a loving mother and grandmother to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was the pillar of her family, and her presence will be truly missed.

Juanita married Mr. Larry McCoy on May 28, 2000.  She was a devoted, loving and loyal wife for twenty-two years, until Mr. Larry was called to be with the Lord, on November 19, 2022.  They truly adored and loved each other.

Juanita lived a soft life.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, God son, Mr. Harold Pennington and his mother, a close friend, Ms. Edna Jane Pennington; where they often took road trips to Jackson, MS and went out to eat.  Juanita was well known and respected by many people of Greenville.

She loved everyone and was loved by many.  Her favorite saying was, "Treat people the way you want to be treated."  The legacy she left during her seventy-four years on earth has impacted so many people's lives; where the memories created will live on, and now she can rest.  Juanita was a beautiful soul and her legacy will continue to live on.
