Joshua Devon Lewis was born on February 25, 1996 to Mr. Christopher Rogers and Ms. Shunika Lewis.

Joshua confessed a hope in Christ at an early age.  He attended Macedonia Church of Christ and was baptized at the age of 3 years old.

Joshua was an Honorary High School graduate "2014" of Lake Highlands High School in Dallas, Texas.

Joshua was employed at Golden Chick as a Chick for over 10 years and remained there until his death.

Joshua departed this life on March 25, 2023 at his home.

Four uncles:  Anthony Lewis of Dallas, TX, Bobby Lewis of Water Valley, MS, Sheldrick (Hydee) Rogers of Newport News, VA and Derral Rogers of Jacksonville, FL.  Three aunts:  Natasha Rogers of Horn Lake, MS, Tenisha Fountain and Britney of Olive Branch, MS.  A host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
