Jolene Davis-Cannon (Bigg Joe) was born to the late Willie and Clemmie Davis on March 08, 1967. She passed away peacefully on April 18, 2025, surrounded by love ones.

She received Christ at an early age at St. Mary M.B. Church, under the leadership of Rev. McCain, Ruleville, MS. She then became a member of County Wide Outreach Church, Indianola, MS, under the leadership of Pastor Eddie Johnson. She later moved her membership back to Ruleville, MS to Holy Ghost Deliverance Church, pastored by Bettie Marlow, where she remained.

Jolene received her elementary and secondary education from Ruleville Public School. Jolene later became a proud graduate of RCHS in 1985. Her passion was Nursing and Medical Billing until she retired in 2023.

Jolene was proceeded in death by her parents (Wilie and Clemmie Davis), son (Kadarius Cannon), grandson (Kaiden Davis), sisters (Gloria Jean Hawkins and George Ann Davis), and brothers (Willie B. Davis and Alvin Robinson).
