John D. Fields, Jr. was born April 4, 1945 in Dubbs, Mississippi to the union of John D. Fields, Sr. and Adlishia Drone-Fields. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Annie Cook and Ella Mae Clark; three brothers, Levi, Ernest and Sammie Lee Fields. John departed this life from his home on June 14, 2015 at Mississippi Care in Greenville, Mississippi. John will be laid to rest at Sanders Cemetery in Shaw, Mississippi.
