Jessie Lee "Popcone" Thomas, Jr. was born August 28, 1989, in Cleveland, MS, to the late Etta B. Dawkins Thomas and Mr. Willie Whitley.  He was the third of four children.

Jessie attended school in Rosedale, MS.  During his elementary years.  He went on to attend school of Cypress Park Elementary, Eastwood Junior High and East Side High School in Cleveland, MS.  Jessie discontinued his studies at East Side High School to attempt his studies toward getting his GED because of his illness, Jessie didn't finish his studies.

While living in Memphis, TN, Jessie gave his life to God and became a member of the Israel of God Church.
