Jerry Dumas was born on April 10, 1945 as a set (Johnny Dumas Sr. (twin))to the late Jerry & Letha Dumas, Sr.  In Cleveland MS . He was peacefully and eternally called home.

He is preceded in death by his son Gary Dumas , parents Jerry Dumas Sr & Letha ( Lisa) Dumas , seven sisters and one brother .

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 52 years Pearlie  Dumas and his children Reginald (Mary) Wells of Norcross GA Cassandra Turner of Hattiesburg MS, Cynthia  and Lisa (Eric) Dumas of Cleveland MS , Jerry (Tiffany) Dumas III of Memphis TN and Terrance (Alexandria)Webb of Marks MS ,  Four Brothers Johnny ( Catherine) Dumas Sr. of Clarksdale MS, Henry ( Bobby) Dumas and Eddie Dumas of Chicago IL, Stewart ( Jean) Spraggins, one sister : Ella Louise Dumas of Union Springs AL and one sister-in-law Pamela Haynes and a special cousin (Like a brother) Monroe Brown 127 Grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews , cousins and friends.

He attended H. M. Nailor Elementary and Eastside High School. Employed at Douglas and Lomason ( D& L ) for  15 years  but will forever be recognized for working at Byrd Service Station  from the age of 14 till the age of 70. His dreams became his hobbies : music (DJ Jerry Soul & Lady Soul), nightclub & cooking (aka Regal Lounge bka "Dumas") , riding motorcycles and traveling the U.S.  ( Flying Eagles  M C ) , Dumas & Sons (Junk /Scrap Removals) (Everybody Smile  because my daddy loved a good joke).
