James Malone Jr.  also known as "Fat Daddy" was called home on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, Mississippi.

Fat Daddy was born February 15, 1953 in Rosedale, Mississippi to the late James Malone & Bessie Mae Lewis.

Fat Daddy was a member of Eastern Star Church in Rosedale, MS that was led by Pastor Larry Williams, Sr. which later merged with other churches to form Riverside United Baptist Church of Rosedale.  He was a Domestic Animal Farmer for over 50 years.  He also worked at Baxter's Healthcare Corporation in Cleveland, MS and 32 years of service as a machinist at Alabama Metal Products in Rosedale, MS.  He was a compassionate person that believe in helping people and removing unwanted commodities within the community.

Fat Daddy was preceded in death by a very special friend, Rosezena Jones of Rosedale, MS; and both of his parents, James Malone, Sr. & Bessie Lewis.  He leaves to cherish his loving daughter Sharron Gibson, Rosedale, MS; and sons, Anthony(Bridget) Gibson, Brandon, MS; James Gibson, Memphis, TN; Eddie (Tammie) Gibson, Sr., Cordova, TN; Davie(LaKendra) Pates, Rosedale, MS; Robert Pates, Rosedale, MS; Kenny Pates, Akron, Ohio.  He is survived by his siblings; sisters, Lessie Malone, Chicago, IL, Dorothy Malone, Chicago, IL, Sarah Lewis, Chicago, IL, Lorraine Moran (Williams) Chicago, Il; and three brothers, Jimmy Malone (Eash), Chicago, IL; Habert Lewis, Chicago, IL; and Norman Lewis, Chicago, IL.  He leaves behine man loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a special friend, Thelma Gibson.  He was a loving father, grandfather, and a friend to everyone.
