James Terrell "DB" Booth Drummer was born on April 23,1982 in Shelby, MS to Loretta A. Booth and James Booth of Rosedale, MS. He is the oldest of seven.

James attended West Bolivar School District Class of 2001. He loved music especially Rap & R&B. He loved to make people laugh and always told jokes, but his passion was basketball. His desire was to go to the NBA, but the mistakes he made took away from him.

James Drummer departed his life on Monday, September 38, 2020. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred D. Shelby and Jeff Shelby, Wesley Spaights. Brother, Larrie V. Booth and Jeff Booth, and sister, Gabriel C Faith Booth.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a special friend, Keshana Hutchinson, mother Loretta Booth, father Jaims Booth, stepmother Sharon H. Booth, grandmother; Ms. Verleen S. Spaight, daughter; Zyquarian Drummer. Two sons, Jeremih Bailey and Joshua Hutchinson. He leaves behind Veddie L. Perry (Anitra) and Lakeisha Perry of Chicago,IL, Lorraine A. Ferguson (Keith) of Memphis, TN; Toya T. Duncan of Jackson, Seretha Booth of Horn Lake, MS, Royce Taylor of Michigan, Donisha Booth of Mound Bayou,MS. James Guyton and stepbrother Demarcus Drummer of Rosedale, MS. Host of uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces and all other relatives that may not have been mention in the program.
