James Blue was born June 15, 1927 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Mr. Blue worked in the construction industry for many years and retired. Mr. Blue united with the Bethel A.M.E. Church in December, 2005. Mr. Blue departed this life on October 10, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Blue was a private man but with a big heart.
