Henry Lee Cannon, Sr. was born on August 04, 1935 to the late Israel and Isabelle Cannon in Sunflower County, Mississippi. Henry accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age. He and his spouse, Dorothy Cannon joined Mt. Ararat M.B. Church where he served as a deacon and was a faithful christian and member. He worked for the U.S. Corp of Engineers until he retired in 2002 after 42 years of service. Henry affectionately known as "Dr. Love, Field Baby, Mike, and Bro" departed this life at 3:35 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2012. He was preceded in death by his mother, Isabelle Cannon; father, Israel Cannon and brother, Willie Cannon.
