Georgia Mae Parker Williams was born May 28, 1935 to Willie and Thelma Parker in Drew, MS. At an early age she accepted Jesus Christ as her savior and was baptized at New Jerusalem Church in Mound Bayou, MS. Georgia was employed with the Greenville Public School System. She retired after 26 years of service. Georgia was united in holy matrimony to James Williams for 36 years. He preceeded her in death. She was blessed with 10 children and 6 stepchildren, whom she loved very dearly. On Monday, July 16, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett, in Memphis, TN, an eternal rest came to our mother and she departed this life to live with our Lord.
