Gail Lynette Williams Martin was born to the late Woodrow "Don"  McGee and Brenda Joyce Williams on February 24, 1969. From the tender age of six, she was lovingly raised by John Watson and Brenda Joyce Watson.

Gail received formal education in Greenville Public Schools. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1989, where she was loved by her classmates. Her smiles and love of life was celebrated by friends and classmates.

Gail confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Mt. Sanai MB Church of Greenville, MS. IN 2018, she rededicated her life to Christ and rejoined True Gospel MB Church, formerly known as Mt. Sanai, under the leadership of Rev. Ephen Melton. She died on September 23, 2020 at %:35 pm at Delta Regional Medical Center.

Gail was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Williams and Mavie Lee Williams of Greenville, MS.

Gail was loved and adored by her family. She leaves to cherish her memories: 2 sons, Jonathan Martin, Jr. of Greenville, MS, and Marcellus Martin of McDonough, GA; her parents, John and Brenda Joyce Watson of Greenville, MS; two sisters, Katie Williams of Greenville, MS, Tomeka (Keyna) Akbar of Champaign, IL, and Sabrena Barnes of Greenville, MS; two brothers, Donald McGee of Springfield, IL, and Curtis Goodson of Memphis, TN; host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and friends.
