Obituary

Edward "WeWe" Walker was born on July 7, 1969 in Cleveland, MS to the late Earnest and Daisy Walker, Sr.
He confessed his belief in Christ at an early age with Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, MS under the leadership of the late Rev. Leroy Perry. He graduated from East Side High School, Class of 1987. Edward worked in East Side's Cafeteria until the day he retired.

Edward was known for being full of life, humble and loved by many. Being the selfless person that he was, a host of family and friends reflect on memories of him putting his personal needs aside to assist and support his loved ones as well as others in any way that he could.

He is survived by his wife, Alicia Walker of Cleveland, MS; four sons Avis and Derrick Walker of Charlotte, NC, Za'Vontea and Shy'Keim Walker of Cleveland, MS; two daughters Ni'Asia and A'Zaria Walker of Cleveland, MS; five siblings James (Linnette) Walls of Bloomington, IL, Earnest (Pat) Walker, Jr. of Cleveland, MS, Leroy (Debra) Walker of Lima, OH, Angela (Lander) Hemphill of Cleveland, MS, Anthony Walker of Lima, OH; one grandchild Avianna Walker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Earnest Walker, Sr. and his mother Daisy Walker Sias.
