Eddie Lee Robinson was born August 3, 1960 in Shaw, Mississippi to the late Ollie and Lue Rinner Robinson.

Eddie confessed his belief in Christ at an early age and attended Rose Hill Baptist Church in Boyle, Mississippi.

Eddie attended East Side High School and went on to make a living working on farms, in the cafeteria of Delta State University, as a janitor at Cleveland High School and doing a number of other things.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents Ollie and Lue Rinner Robinson, four sisters; Sally Mae, Dolly Mae, Annie Bell, and Louise; brothers, Joe, Albert Lee, James, Willie, Walter and Ollie, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter, Shanta Collins of Cleveland, Mississippi, three grandchildren; Ja'Corie Collins, Freddie Barrett, and Chance Collins; one sister, Corine Jones of Cleveland; two brothers, Alexander Robinson and Sugar Ray Robinson of Cleveland, Mississippi and a host of other family and friends who will truly miss him.
