Deshay Don Lawrence was born February 21, 1980 in Greenville, MS to Almire Lawrence and Melvin Moreland also to a bonus father Larry Hall. He confessed a hope in Christ at 33 years old at New Stone Baptist Church.
Don had a positive humor that will never be forgotten. Don was loved by many in the town of Benoit; he did any and everything to give out a helping hand to family and friends. He was a loving guy who brought joy and happiness to many. He worked at Delta Pineland for 12 years and Walmart for 6 years.
Deshay Lawrence enjoyed watching the sports channel, talking about the Industry, holding life lesson conversations. He was a loving father, son and brother who loved his family unconditionally. Deshay had a sense of humor that was always joyous and humorous.
Deshay was preceded in death by his son Damerrick Damon Malone, his grandparents Opheila Lawrence, Charles White, Jimmy Anderson, (2) aunts, Joann Stevenson and Jacqueline Lawrence, (1) uncle Ricky Lawrence, and (1) cousin, Carmichael Stevenson.
Deshay's memories will be cherished by his (1) daughter, Kermeshea, (3) sons, Jerkevies Lawrence, Quemarrous Malone, Tamarcus Malone all of Lawton Oklahoma. His mother, Almire Lawrence (Larry Hall) from Benoit, Mississippi., father, Melvin Moreland from Nashville, TN; girlfriend of 25 plus years, Jennifer Malone of Lawton, OK; (8) brothers, Terrance Lawrence, Koshawic Lawrence from Benoit, MS, Larry Lawrence of Evansville, IN, Carlton Lawrence of Pennsylvania, Melvin Moreland, Jr., Tarrion Jordan, Simeon Mcclain all of Memphis, TN; (2) sisters, Kamanesha (Lawrence) Nelson of Benoit Mississippi and Roberta Brown of Oakdale, LA; (2) special cousins, Angela Little and Latresha Lawrence; special friends, Herbert Scott and Emma Scott, Derrick Nelson and Derrick Green; host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
