Our Beloved, Deborah was born April 2, 1961, to the late Clifton and Bessie Sims in Indianola, Mississippi.  She was the fifth child of seven siblings.

Deborah confessed her hope in Christ at an early age at the Mt. Beulah M.B. Church.

Deborah attended school in the Indianola School District.  She enjoyed word search, bingo, and television during her leisure time.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton Sims, Sr. and Bessie Sims, Brother, Earnest Sims and Grandmother, Turlieu Singleton: Husband, Burnice Howard, Jr.; and nephew Xavier Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved daughter;  Labeshia N. Sims of Inverness, MS, Candice Howard, Angela Hamilton Murphy all of Peoria, IL; One son, Eric Howard of Peoria, IL; One grandson; Kyler Smith of Inverness, MS; Three sisters, Bettye Sims Hawkins, Sharron Sims (Melvin), Evaline (David) Sims Williams, all of Indianola, MS; Two brothers, Donald (Barbara) Ray Sims of Greenville, MS and Clifton Sims of Indianola, MS; Nieces, Tonia (Larnelle) Bush and Kaci Lynn Bush of Indianola, MS; Morgan Sims of Greenville, MS; Nephews, Kylon Bush, Kelby Bush, Ferraras Boatman, Antonio (Corinthia) Beard, and Roger Green all of Indianola, MS and Ethan Sims of Greenville, MS.  She also leaves to cherish her loving memories a host of cousins and friends.
