Mr. David Lee Watson was born January 27, 1948 in Shelby, Mississippi to the parents of the late James Watson, Sr. and Rosie B. Parker Watson. He was the fifth child of six children. David Lee departed this life February 9, 2014 at Tri-Lake Medical Center, Batesville, MS. He confessed to Christ at an early age at Azion Missionary Baptist Church in Mound Bayou, MS under the pastorate of the late Reverend C.J. Nelson. He attended public school in Mound Bayou, MS.
