Daisy Caffey Sias was born November 7, 1945 to the late Rev. Leroy and Maple Perry in Shaw, MS.  She graciously passed away on Tuesday morning June 14, 2016 at her residence in Cleveland, MS.

She professed her love for Christ at an early age at New St. James M.B. Church under the leadership of late Rev. Leroy Perry.  Later in life she joined the motherboard under the present leader, Pastor Jerry T. Jackson where she served faithful until her health failed.

Daisy attended East Side High School in Cleveland, MS.  She also attended Mississippi Delta Junior College in Morehead.  She was employed with the Mississippi Department of Correction at Parchman and Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland as a nurse.
