Daisy was born the eighth child of sixteen children to Aaron and Lillie White on April 25, 1948 in Nitta Yuma, MS. She accepted Christ at an early age. She later moved to Greenville and attended Greenville Public Schools. In 1976, Daisy married Willie Greene Jr. She was a person who loved to spend time wit her family and friends. She also loved to cook and feed those she loved.

On Saturday, February 27, 2021, God called Daisy to His Heavenly Home. At that moment, she was reunited with her husband of 36 years the late Willie Greene Jr. and her parents the late Aaron Sr. and Lillie White; 5 brothers: Eddie, Cornelius, Jimmy, Michael, and Albert; 6 sisters: Willie, Addie, Maple, Lucille, Lillie and Barbara.

She leaves to cherish her life and her memories he beautiful daughter; Latasha (Lorenzo) Smith and her son Gary Greene. 2 brothers: Aaron White, Jr. and Charles (Angela) White of Greenville; 2 sister: Rose White of Greenville and Brenda (Kenneth) Grant of Waldorf, MD. She also leaves to cherish her memories her 2 granddaughters Kiera and Zariah; a longtime friend Mary Hawkins. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a abundance of friends.
