Cornelius Cordell Henderson was born to Henry McLaurin and the late Brenda Henderson of Cleveland, MS.

He confessed his life to Christ at a young age.  Cornelius attended Nailor Elementary, Eastwood Jr. High and Eastside High School in Cleveland, MS.

Cornelius enjoyed spending time with family, doing his side work, which was mowing yards, washing cars, and being a handy man.

He is preceded in death by his mother; Brenda Henderson; Grandfather, Robert Dyke; Grandmother, Bettie J. Henderson and a special cousin, Angela D. Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memories; one sister, Jamilia Henderson of Cleveland, Mississippi; his father, Henry McLaurin of Detroit, Michigan; one nephew, Jakarrion Wilson; one niece, Khylani Smith of Cleveland, Mississippi and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
