On July 18, 1960 in a small town of Cleveland, MS, the late Beatrice Emerson and Willie Emerson was blessed with a daughter.  Christine Ann Emerson Sims was a beloved wife, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.  She was a spitfire that had a personality that kept you laughing.  There are so many ways and words to describe who she was in life, but the most endearing ones that come to mind are a free spirited and easy going individual who loved children.  She was a great aunt to her sisters' children.   She would always have them walking uptown with her when they were small.

Christine loved to talk and always had the latest gossip.  She was an avid advice giver, care taker, and a serious shopaholic.  Christine due to her care taking abilities became a CNA who loved working with the elderly.
