Mr. Charles Blair passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 68.

Charlie born from the union of Sam and Jessie Lee Blair in 1954, was quite an explorative child.  Stunning everyone as he used old useless small electric appliances parts to shock fishing worms in the ground.  Charlie worked on the farm.

He is the father of 5 children:  Rose Marie Williams of Jackson, MS; Charles Moses of Ruleville, MS; Anthony Moses of East St. Louis, IL; Lamorrio Williams of Knoxville, TN; Jessica Grace of Rochester, New York; He has 6 grandchildren.

He leave to mourn his 4 brothers, Herbert Cliften Blair (Marquita), Drew, MS, Clayaton Blair (Melinda) Clarksdale, MS, Larry Tewell (LT) Kendrick Blair, Memphis, TN; 8 sisters, Mary E. Morris (Norman) Chicago, IL, Carrie Mae Blair, Ruleville, MS, Lula Bell Blair, Memphis, TN; Irine Thomas, Memphis, TN; Dorothy Ann Avera ( Franklin) Decatur, GA; Marlean Blair, Memphis, TN; Sheryl Renee Blair, Memphis, TN; Tassha E. Blair, Memphis, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins who loved and will miss him dearly.
