Charles Williams, Jr. was born to Charles and Nettie Williams on August 14, 1963. To this union, five children was born. His father: Charles Williams and two sisters: Virginia Williams and Cynthia Williams preceded him in death. He departed this life August 18, 2021 at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, MS at the age 58. Charles Williams attended Drew High School.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother: Nettie Williams of Drew, MS; two children: Charles Conway of Memphis, TN and Travis Davis of Sunflower, MS; four sisters: Sandia ( Johnnie) Moore of Hattiesburg, MS and Saddie (LA) Griffin of Hopemills, NC, Linda Croskey of Lincoln, NE and Brenda (Sterling) Robinson of Gainesville, FL. He also leaves to cherish two grandchildren: Deontay and Brooklyn Conway; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. he also leaves behind a special friend (Brother) Lee Cummins.
